This thread created to make players able to help themself manually without asking admins.
So, 1st step of manual troubleshoot.
Look at your chat.
He must be looked like that.
Chat must contain buttons which launches game, enables multiplayer and pool switching.
If he not looked like that - this is bug, just restart chat couple of times.
Or this is old version, then you need download latest version of game from here -> civplayers.ru/download/
Complete Edition already contains client and sets it up with game installation.
If any problem from this list appear - "multiplayer button not enabling", "no see games in local network", then you need to do 1 action.
In game folder find VPN folder, right click file client.ovpn and "Start OpenVPN on this config file". (if no such option you better install latest OpenVPN driver from here -> openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html)
See log window which appears.

Log contains:
"Received AUTH_FAILED control message"

This is Pass.txt file problem
You need close game and chat, then run Civ5NetworkConfig file in game folder and enter exactly same login as you have on site (include uppercase/lowercase letters).

Log contains:
"All TAP-Windows adapters on this system are currently in use."

3 possible cases here:
1. Player forgot to turn off or uninstall tunngle, hamachi, evolve or any other VPN.
Then do it and you better to install latest version of OpenVPN from here -> .
openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html .
2. Player already succesfully connected to the server. If no see games in LOCAL NETWORK, you need to set interface metric manually:
Go to Control panel - Network and Sharing Center - Change adapter settings:
-- Go to the properties of the Civ5 VPN adapter (it applied on your network adapters after you installed CivPlayersRu VPN client, its just adapter which has Tap-Win32 Adapter V9, not called "Civ5 VPN adapter" and probably has "Unidentified network" in second line)
-- Select 'Internet Protocol Version ipV4' and click 'Properties'
-- Click 'Advanced'
-- Change the 'Interface metric' at the very bottom to 1.
-- Like in this screenshot civplayers.ru/images/vpn-win7fix.jpg .
Metric must be set only in TAP-Win32 V9 adapter, all other adapter must have Automatic metric.
3. Your TAP-Win32 adapter turned off.
Go to Control panel - Network and Sharing Center - Change adapter settings and make sure your TAP Win32 Adapter enabled.

Log contains:
"There are no TAP-Windows adapters on this system."
There are 2 possible cases:
1. There are error occured when you tried to install OpenVPN driver.
You need to install latest version of OpenVPN from here -> .
openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html .
Or Start -> Programms -> TAP Windows -> Add a new TAP virtual ethernet adapter
2. Your TAP-Win32 adapter turned off.
Go to Control panel - Network and Sharing Center - Change adapter settings and make sure your TAP Win32 Adapter enabled.

Log contains:
"No such file or directory."
Solution:
1. Remove OpenVPN.
2. Install OpenVPN Driver ver. 2.2.2 from here -> swupdate.openvpn.org/community/releases/...pn-2.2.2-install.exe
